NewHalf Keijiban is a regional personal-ad board for adults aged 18 and over who are looking for friendship, romance and consensual adult encounters. Posters and visitors use the website at their own responsibility and must respect consent and personal safety.

Sexual negotiation conditioned on money, goods or other compensation is prohibited even when the arrangement begins on this website and moves to private messages. Administrators may hide or delete posts and block IP addresses when necessary.
